Both breeds are spunky, energetic, funny, have loads of personality, and are plenty of fun. Great for outgoing homes or with homes with access to large running areas (like dog parks). Jack Russells can jump pretty high and Min Pins are known to burrow so take care when considering a yard environment. They are fine in apartments. They can also stash possessions like food in odd places if not watched carefully. They are both ratter breeds so take care if introducing them to smaller animals.
